Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. worecestershire sauce
2 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over a medium heat, Stirring often. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for10-15 minutes or until heated through.
Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups warm water
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. yeast
2 Tbsp. corn meal (optional)
Directions:
In a large bowl, dissolve sugar and salt in water. add oil and flour and stir with a heavy spoon for 1 minute. Turn out to a lightly floured surface and press into a circle. sprinkle yeast evenly over dough and knead for 12 minutes. Divide dough unto 2 pieces. Roll each portion into a ball without seams except the bottom. Place dough balls in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and allow to proof for 1/2 hours at room temperature to use the same day, or store in refrigerator use the next day. Place dough ball in lightly floured surface, and lightly flour the top. Use fingertips to evenly flatten out the dough ball. Work from the edges to the center press dough into a 12" circle. Place both hands within the shell edge and stretch with fingertips and palms maintaining an even pressure. Or, Use a lightly floured rolling pin to stretch to desired shape. Sprinkle corn meal on pizza pan. After topping the pizza, when you are ready to cook it, put in oven. Bake in a 500 degree F. oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.

Believe it or not I enjoy cooking. At one point in my life I was in the restaurant business. You have some interesting things here and I am going to try them out. Follow your dreams and trust God. He will show you the way.
